    The mission of the Gordon County Chamber of Commerce is to connect members and the community to promote economic growth.

  • Our History

    The Gordon County Chamber of Commerce was first chartered in 1953, but fell dormant until 1961, when it was re-chartered and new bylaws were adopted. It has operated continually since that time. Originally accredited by the United States Chamber of Commerce in 1985, it received a three-star accreditation in 2009. It is an active member of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce.

    The Gordon County Chamber of Commerce is proud to champion its business community and is always happy to work with its members. We currently show a roster of approximately 450 members, representing a diverse field of commercial interests.

    Ideally positioned for business, Calhoun-Gordon County and the Gordon County Chamber of Commerce want to partner with you in order to make the community a better place to live, work and play. Please be assured that the Gordon County Chamber of Commerce is prepared to work with you in meaningful ways as you consider doing business right here in Gordon County.
